Refund and Return Policies

Thank you so much for shopping with Indulge Apparel! We hope you love your items as much as we do! However, sometimes things just don't work out so we want to make sure this process is easy for you. 

  • ALL accessories, shoes and sale items ARE FINAL SALE!
  • All items discounted 20% or more are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!!!
  • Items must be postmarked or returned to pickup location within 14 days of receiving order. If you select LOCAL PICKUP your return window starts the day your order is placed, not the day you picked it up.
  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags attached (including but not limited to: deodorant stains, makeup stains, smoke or perfume smells). We reserve the right to deny returns if the condition of the item does not meet our guidelines.
  • Customers will be refunded store credit (minus initial shipping cost) and will be required to pay for return shipping or return to local pickup location. Store credit will have to be used within 90 days of return date. The date will be reflected on your return/store credit email. This credit is redeemable online or in store. PLEASE KEEP EMAIL WITH STORE CREDIT NUMBER, YOU WILL NEED IT AT CHECKOUT BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS NUMBER.
