Local Pickup Policy

  • Local pickup items can be picked up during store hours, Tuesday-Friday 10-5:30 and Saturday 10-2.
  • Store location is 670 Highway 51 Suite E, Ridgeland, MS 39157
  • Please allow 48 hours for order processing before arriving to pick up your order unless notified otherwise. 
  • Please check your JUNK/SPAM email folder.
  • Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be automatically refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. This policy is to prevent orders from getting backed up.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 48-72 business hours.
  • Orders are shipped by USPS with an estimated arrival date of 2-5 days after order is shipped.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. All other orders will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 to cover shipping cost.
  • Indulge Apparel is NOT responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. The buyer will need to file a claim with USPS. Please double check your shipping address during checkout to ensure your package arrives at the correct address.
